With the tremendous growth that Girls Indoor Volleyball has enjoyed over recent years, one thing appears to have been overlooked. The fact that most parents did not grow up playing organized volleyball and these parents only begin to learn about the rules of the game by watching their daughters play. As a spectator, during games it is hard to keep your eye on anything but the ball and sometimes things happen that cause a point to be won or lost.
If you’re new to the game, you may find yourself asking, “what just happened?” and wondering why one team or the other lost the point.
